    Sparta beat Dukla and head league by three points, Plzeň win

    Sparta beat Dukla 2:0 to go three points clear of second place Slovácko at the top of the table. Plzeň ended their run of three matches without a win, beating newcomers Olomouc 2:0. There were also wins for Liberec and Jablonec.

    Spartu took the lead shortly before half-time with a goal from Ladislav Krejčí, with Sparta captain, David Lafata, adding their second in 56th minute.  Sparta have now won four matches and drawn one since the start of the seaon.

    Plzeň, under new coach Karla Krejčí, notched up their first win of the season as they beat Olomouc 2:0.  Viktoria had to wait until the end of the game for the win with two goals from Michal Duriš.  Plzeň are now sixth in the league while Olomouc are second from bottom, still awaiting their first win of the season.

    Liberec, along with Sparta, remain the only other team unbeaten in the league.  Slovan beat Teplice 2:0 thanks to two goals from Marek Bakoš, and now move to third in the table.

    Jablonec beat Brno 3:0 to end their run of three league games without a win, and now lie fifth in the league.  Goals came from Ján Greguš, Lukáš Masopust a Martin Doležal.

    Ostrava went down 3:1 in their match with Slavia and lie bottom of the league with a single point.  Milan Škoda grabbed two goals in the game and how heads the strikers table with six goals.  Bohemians could only manage a 1:1 against opponents Příbram, and are still waiting for their first win of the season.  Slovácko beat Jihlava 2:1 to move to second in the league.  Zlín went down 5:2 to Boleslav and slip to fourth in the table.
