Summary 24th round SYNOT liga: Sparta lose to Liberec, Plzeň drop points
The 24 th round of the SYNOT liga saw Liberec beat Sparta, but Jablonec were unable to take advantage as they went down against Dukla. Plzeň could only manage a goalless draw against Teplice.
Dynamo threw away a 2:0 lead against Bohemians as they lost 3:2 with Bohemians scoring three goals in ten minutes in the second-half.
Ostrava were beaten 2:0 by Slovácko while Jablonec stumbled against Dukla, being beaten 1:0. The only goal of the game came from Berger, and the result keeps Dukla in contention for a place in European competition next season.
Slavia welcomed Jihlava, who have never beaten their opponents at Eden. Jihlava rewrote the history books as they beat Slavia 2:1, thanks to goals from Šulek and Kučera.
Sparta were surpisingly beaten 2:1 by Liberec, a disappointing result form new Sparta coach Ščasný.
Brno defeated Mladá Boleslav to complicate their prospects of playing in Europe next season. České Budějovice threw away a two goal lead in their match against Bohemians, losing the match 3:2. Příbram were also in fighting form as they also beat Hradec 3:2.
Plzeň played out a goalless draw against Teplice, and are now six points clear of Sparta in the league.
