In 7th round of the SYNOT liga, Sparta thrashed Olomouc to move two points clear of Liberec at the top of the table. Liberec remain in contention thanks to their 3:0 victory over Příbram. Plzeň are third after beating Bohemians 1:0.

In 6th round of the SYNOT liga, Sparta drew 1:1 with Jablonec to leave them two points clear at the top ahead of Liberec. Plzeň thrashed Příbram 4:0 to move to fourth in the table, three points behind Sparta.

As expected, Sparta beat Zlín at Letna, but Plzeň, Boleslav and Liberec dropped points while Jablonec went down to Jihlava. Only Liberec and Sparta remain unbeaten so far this season.

Unbelievably, after the first two rounds of the new season, Zlín lead the table. Plzeň went down 1:0 at Dukla while Jablonec could only manage a draw 2:2 draw against Bohemians. Mladá Boleslav made up for their loss in the first round with a 2:0 win over Brno.

The SYNOT liga this season welcomed newcomers Zlín and Olomouc. Zlín started the season with a 1:0 win over rivals Bohemians while Olomouc walked away with a draw against Teplice. Plzeň notched up a win against Slavia, but Sparta could only manage a goalless draw against Jihlava.

Sparta secured a spot in the third pre-qualification round of the Champions League as they beat Budějovice 3:1. Jablonec are in the pre-qualification round for the Europa liga after their 4:0 win over Ostrava. Příbram also kept their European hopes alive with a 3:2 victory over Brno.
