    Summary: Sparta two points clear of Liberec

    In 7th round of the SYNOT liga, Sparta thrashed Olomouc to move two points clear of Liberec at the top of the table. Liberec remain in contention thanks to their 3:0 victory over Příbram. Plzeň are third after beating Bohemians 1:0.

    Sparta continued their winning ways as they beat newcomers to the league Olomouc 4:0 to go three points clear at the top. The match was effectively decided in the first-half with goals from Hušbauer, Dočkal, and Lafata. Dočkal added his second after the break to complete the rout. Lafata scored in his ninth match in a row, beating his own record.  Olomouc lie two points clear of the relegation zone.

    Liberec continued their unbeaten run as they emerged 3:0 victors in their match against Příbram. Lukás Pokorný put Liberec in front with the first goal of his career.  After the break, Radek Dosoudil gave away an own goal, with Albanian Herolind Shala adding Liberec’s third. Příbram have now lost three of their last four matches.

    Plzeň battled it out in a tough match against Bohemians, winning the match 1:0 thanks to a goal from Michal Ďuriš. Plzeň are now third in the league, three points behind Sparta while Bohemians slip into the relegation zone.

    Jablonec beat Ostrava 2:1 to continue Ostrava’s miserable season. Jablonec’s goals came from Crnkič and Mingazov, with Kukec reducing the deficit for Ostrava from the penalty spot. Ostrava have now lost six of their seven matches this season.

    Fans saw seven goals fall as Boleslav beat Teplice 4:3. Teplice found themselves 1:0 up in the tenth minute with a goal from Lüftner. However, Boleslav turned the match round when Lukáš Magera converted from the penalty spot and Ondřej Zahustel and Aleš Čermák added two more. In 81st minute, Ivo Táborský pulled another one back for Teplice.  Jasmin Ščuk added Boleslav’s fourth before Martin Fillo scored Teplice’s third just before the end.

    Slavie beat Zlín 2:0 to extend their unbeaten run to four matches. The goals came from Levan Kenia s Tomáš Souček to hand Zlín their first home defeat of the season.

    In the Moravian derby, Brno beat Slovácko 2:0 to end their run of three matches without a win. Both goals came from striker Jakub Řezníček.
